Hidalgo Fino Clasica

I like sherry. Who doesn't? Ok, lots of people say they don't, but if you give them a cold glass of Fino and call it dry white wine, they generally love it and ask where they can get it. They do not believe that it's sherry because that's a granny drink.
Hidalgo Fino Clasica is not an expensive sherry, it's a cheap wine, coming in at under a fiver. It's dry and nutty with some fruitiness rather than the olive juice flavour that often make sherry deliciously more-ish.

This isn't my favourite Fino, but it's good, it's great value and I think I'll have a little glass whilst I make dinner tonight.
